Every day, every single day a new disaster, new debacle manufactured by Trump and his merry band of skanks. This has become like an especially dramatic reality t.v. show. Only this particular game is being played out at our expense. The world's expense. It is embarrassing it is exhausting it is demeaning it is destructive and, it is increasingly dangerous.

a few headlines from today's news. Just one day:
"U.S. Quits UN Human Right's Council" (apparently Trump thinks the group is anti-Israel. Can't imagine why anyone would be anti-Israel, what with the most dangerous, vicious terrorist organization on Earth being the Israeli government); "Trump Eyes Ending aid to Countries that send "not their best people." I think that is a second grader's way of saying - we don't want you unless you are good people. "Good people" apparently being defined by Trump, AKA we don[t want you unless you are a particularly sleazy used-car salesman AKA "I'm not going to let you in unless you are someone I can make a member of my cabinet";
"Russia to impose Duties on Metal Goods after U.S. imposes Tariffs." Another example of the affects of Trump's brilliant (kindergarten level) economic theory; "Germany's President Worries ties with U.S. have been Irreparably Damaged"; Now there's some smart foreign policy. Turn your allies against you. Makes you proud, doesn't it? "China Warns Trump Trade War could Destroy World Economy" (the prez has been benefiting from the Obama legacy of economic recovery. He may have just about succeeded in ending that.) "I Will Not allow the U.S. to Become a Migrant Camp! Not on My Watch!" Trump being quoted, and in an ironic manner considering it is he who has turned the White House into a migrant camp what with his fresh-off-the-boat immigrant trophy wife. Apparently you will be let in if you happen to be attractive and able to dupe Donald which of course is not difficult. Still, though, we should probably build a wall around Melania. Just to be safe. And, considering every citizen of this country is either an immigrant or a descendant of an immigrant (yes, that includes American Indians - they just happen to be the FIRST immigrants) I suppose maybe we should build a wall around everybody? Not sure Mexico will pay for all of that, however. Maybe if instead of building an individual wall around each person we could to it in groups of five, or something. Maybe then Mexico would pay for it. Right, that's the ticket.

"Governors Refuse to send National Guard Troops to Borders." Seriously?! So there ARE still people out there who know the difference between right and wrong and are willing to make their thoughts known. "Hundreds of Members of Sessions's Church write Formal Complaint over Immigration Policy" (the little fella's own pastor wants him arrested for child abuse), this after Jeff Sessions quoted the Bible in explaining Trump's immigration policies. Quoted the same passages from the Bible used by the Nazis to justify what they did to the Jews. The EXACT same passages. Which of course circles us back around to the Israeli government - big supporters of Comrade Trump. Please, someone explain to me how any Jewish person anywhere can support Trump let alone their own government. Trump and Netanyahu are doing to the Palestinians, Muslims the same things the Nazis did to the Jews. How is it OK for Trump and the Israeli government do what the Nazis did? When did it become O.K. to oppress an entire people because of their religion? When did it become O.K. for YOU to stand back and do nothing while this and so many other wrongs are occurring in this country and the world? What gives any of us the right to let these things happen?

The questions are rhetorical. The answers of course are - disgusting human stupidity and weakness. Your own stupidity and weaknesses that you are happily letting Trump exploit.

Anyone still supporting this series of disasters otherwise known as the president is not just an enemy of the state, not only a traitor - you are an enemy of humanity.

His attacks on the judiciary, undisguised attempts to suppress the media; manipulation of the legislative branch; interference in the economy - this is a president openly meddling in the affairs of private companies by using his position to decide which business will succeed which will fail; his dismal human rights actions - suppressing attacking desiring to deport an entire group of human beings because of their religion; all of it amounts to something much different than democracy.

The previous is an only slightly modified quote from Madeline Albright, former U.S. Secretary of State, as she described the situation causing her family to flee. To escape Nazi Germany in the late 1930s.

It is not O.K. to stick your head in the sand and hope this isn’t happening. History is crowded with examples of the results of that strategy. In this case it amounts to being accessory to the disaster. It makes you against America.

Am I being too extreme? I sure hope so.  Time will tell.  On the up side this particular wannabe tyrant is certainly not as smart as Adolph. Then again he doesn't really need to be. Not so long as there are others supporting him who are.

Trump is the most dangerous president in the history of this country. None before have even come close to his level of anti-democratic activities. Certainly none have matched his utter classlessness.

I'll go with it again - far too many before us have given their all to provide and protect our way of life. You, me none of us has the right to turn our back on this and let it go. What is happening is wrong, and on a scale that threatens the whole ballgame. If you cannot see that then you are in a trance, stupid, or actually blind. To stand idly by like a bunch of mindless bobbly-head dolls is treasonous, it is being activity Anti-American. You are part of putting all of us into harms way.

To support Trump is to oppose America.
To not oppose Trump - is to oppose America.

If it does all go to pieces tomorrow, if it turns out the wacky old guy who wouldn't shut up (me) was right and you wonder who to blame - look in the mirror. It will have been you who stood by and did nothing as it happened. History will show, it was you who did it.

This is called "murder," for the many of you who seem to have lost track of the difference between right and wrong. By moving an embassy to a location where they knew it would cause the most chaos; an embassy that did not need to move...........by directly violating instructions from the United Nations, by taking actions opposed by every other civilized country on this particular planet - the most lethal terrorist organization in the world AKA the Israeli government along with their obedient 'lil puppy Donald Trump have created a situation where many, many people are dying and suffering injury. A volatile region being wound up ever tighter. A situation waiting to explode into full-on war.

Why? For what purpose?

Impeach. Invoke. Trump is pulling this country down into the sewer where he and his banana republic administration exists. Your president represents a clear and present danger not just to this country, but to the world. My willingness to accept other opinions is nearly gone. We're all seeing the same things. It has become all too obvious.

If you are for Donald Trump you are against the United States of America.

he drained the swamp filled it with raw sewage then turned loose the diseased rats he surrounds himself with.   Hookers and lawyers and cheats and liars.   A nepotistic incestuous sold-out tangle of skeeze and skanks.  Criminals all from top to bottom.  Parasites, leeches, feeding off your anger and fear.   

And people still support this piece of filth.  Either that or desperately look the other way and hope it isn't happening.

I feel as if I'm in a particularly dark episode of the Twilight Zone.  Surely others are seeing and hearing the same things I am?   What is wrong with everyone?  We can't take this place for granted.  This country.  It is not somehow magically protected.  It needs care, and watching over.   We have failed in that duty.  You me and everyone else who let him in.  Every day, every single day piece by piece this low-life open sore is destroying what so many people worked so hard to create.  You are disrespcting the sacrifices of my father.   And his father and his father as far back as my family has been here.   You are disrespecting the sacrifices being made today by others.  None of us, not you not me and sure as hell not a traitorous draft-dodging veteran-slamming coward like Comrade Trump has the right to do that. 

Nothing happening in the current administration will Make America Great Again.  Comrade Donald and the bucket of scum that is his administration are doing precisely the opposite.  They are making America a big, ugly, sad dangerous joke.  The world is laughing at us.  Trump's bff Putin most of all. 

It would be tempting to identify Trump and his supporters as communist wannabees.  They are not.  The communists don't want Trump or anyone who supports him.   Not near smart enough.  No, what Vladimir Putin (AKA the one really calling the shots) wants is to let Trump do what Trump does best - make chaos and destruction.  To screw up. 

To demolish the USA from the inside out like some rancid infection (then lie about it disavow any responsibility and have his morally absent lawyers clean up the mess and charge the rest of us for the effort.)

Putin gets to sit back and smile as we destroy ourselves. 

If you are not against him you are for him. 

Impeach.  Invoke. Get rid of this argument in support of abortion before he damages the United States beyond repair.

Michelle Wolf, guest comedian at the White House Correspondents Association Dinner, roasting some of her own kind (women) who are members of the current administration:

On Sarah Huckabee Sanders: "An Uncle Tom but for white women who disappoint other white women. Whose "smokey eye" makeup is made from the ashes of burnt facts."
On Ivanka Trump - "about as helpful to women as an empty box of tampons."
On KellyAnne Conway - "An inveterate liar. if a tree falls in the woods, how do we get KelleyAnne under it?"

Some of her more biting comments were aimed at those present. The reporters themselves. To include: "Trump has helped you sell your papers your books and your T.V. You helped create this monster and are profiting from him."

That I even read this article is another reason why I try to stay away from the news these days. Anyway, some in the media seem disappointed with Ms. Wolf's routine. About it being mean-spirited and tacky. Offensive.

Really? Maybe a little context will help: consider the environment set up by the current administration. Trump has done and said some of the skuzziest things of any president in history. He puts the "low life" in low-life. I'm even willing to give him credit for single handedly creating "trickle-down class-less-ness." He is a walking talking festering-sore.

And somebody is unhappy with a comedian having a little fun at our expense? This is her opportunity to make a splash. Her fifteen minutes. If that involves laughing at our stupidity for (almost) electing Herr Trumph president, then good for her. Seems to me it all fits quite nicely.

You have to expect things to become "tacky", if for no other reason than to keep up with the Prez. It's the new playbook. There is no longer any "too low" to go. No bar to lower. Comrade Donald has made very sure of that. Over and over and over again. He drained the swamp and opened the sewer and turned loose the diseased rats he surrounds himself with. We're all swimming in it now, every day. We are covered in icky sticky tackiness, used to the stench. It is the new normal.

Dear President Emmanuel Macron,

If you ever get tired of the top job in France please consider coming over and being a candidate for leader here. You seem to truly understand what this Country is supposed to mean, and have the dignity to make America great again. Sure, there's that pesky requirement the President be born in the States. But thanks to Comrade Trump we already have a fresh-off-the-boat first lady. And like Donnie says - it's ONLY the Constitution, anyway. Fake rules, you know. (of course we have to consider the possibility he arbitrarily decides to ban short, French guys who marry women old enough to be their mother. Which would make exactly as much sense as his Muslim ban (short French guys who marry older women are all scary and terrorists)) Mmm.

Anyway, thanks for visiting. Maybe you reminded Congress what a leader with more than half a molecule of class looks and acts like. You certainly speak better English than Herr Trumph. It was fun listening to you torch him while knowing he didn't have a clue.

But on to this evening's history reminder: The framers of the US Constitution built in measures to ensure each of the three branches of government are kept in check. This essentially to protect the people from their leaders. To prevent any of the three divisions from becoming too powerful lest we fall into dictatorship or anarchy. This after several thousand years of doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. The people who put together the U.S. Constitution wanted to try something else. It was a good idea.

Your current president is testing those protections. Like a child, searching for boundaries. Trying to determine just how far he can go, how much he can get away with before someone finally calls bullshit. So far the built-in measures have provided, at least at the domestic level, some limits to the damage he has caused.  Example - A third federal judge ruled on Tuesday against the Trump Administration's campaign to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program for undocumented immigrants, ordering the administration to not only continue processing applications but also to resume accepting new applications. U.S. District Judge John Bates of the District of Columbia Circuit was withering in his 60-page ruling, calling the administration's attempt to end the program known as DACA, "arbitrary, capricious, virtually unexplainable and - unlawful."   The Trump Administration immediately went into full-on 4-year old child pout mode and attacked the ruling as unfair.

Thanks to the founding fathers its possible Trump hasn't yet broken anything so much that it can't be fixed. This is very clearly not for lack of trying (and he still has plenty of time.)   

The Constitution is in place to protect us from our government. What the Constitution is not able to do, however, is protect us from ourselves. To wit -
Donald Trump was elected president. An almost majority actually voted for him.

Questions, and just a few of the most obvious here - how is it possible that ANY woman supports Trump? Seriously. And yet many do. How could anyone with even a morsel of Hispanic background feel anything other than disgust and anger? Or how can a human being of color continue to cheer him on? How can anyone who has family friends or has even only heard of someone who has been in the military maybe even given their all for this country, how could anyone like that be in favor of this draft dodging veteran slamming whimpering little coward of a traitor? How is it that people with education levels beyond that of first grade voted for this guy? How is it that anyone who professes faith in pretty much any religion, maybe particularly "Conservative Christians", how can those people support Trump and still be able to look themselves in a mirror? No judgment (believe me, I'm not what anyone would call a bible-thumper). I'm just wondering how something like that can happen. Or.....how can anyone with anything even remotely resembling a moral compass see anything other than a weak, lying, thieving whore who can't stick to the same script for more than about ten minutes? How is it that so many people sold themselves out for this guy?

And those are just a few of the more obvious questions. Yet somehow, an almost majority of voters, an almost majority of such people put him into office. He almost really won. And more still - how do all these people continue to support him even as every day, every single day he finds new ways to show all what a fuck-up he is? Your president has already cemented his name in history as the commander in chief who most actively tried to destroy the USA. Only question remaining is, will he succeed? As it is he is still only well on his way to shredding the place. Isn't quite there, but certainly making progress. Even if we survive him it may be decades before the carnage can be repaired. Foreign policy alone will take a monumental effort to fix even if he stops tearing it down today. His latest attempt to destroy the world economy using kindergarten level economic theory (create a trade war for no reason other than he can and it will cause still more chaos and distraction from the truth, a trade war we can only lose) has reasonable odds to put us into a full-on 30's style depression.

That he was elected at all is sad commentary on us, people. That he remains in office absolutely defies logic. And yet here we are.

Some of reading this are Trump supporters.
Do I think you are idiots?  While it would be easy to say - of course I do..........but I am willing to consider the possibility not all of you are. You're welcome. I suppose another reason you support him could be on account of you letting him play you. Letting him prey on your anger, your hate. That you have been duped, used, and otherwise made a fool of.
Though even if you let yourself realize it you will quickly push it aside. All part of the disgusting human condition he exploited to get your vote.

What's maybe most frustrating with this debacle is it all comes down to the little fact that, without daddy's money and influence the very highest position this pathetic clown would have attained, and this only if someone did him a favor, would be night manager at McDonald's in Toadfuck, Oklahoma. And without all his lawyers and reality stars and porn mistresses and utterly unqualified family members and the other low-life leaches and hanger-ons he surrounds himself with - your so-called president would have failed at even that.

He is an embarrassment to this country.
He is an embarrassment to you.
All of us, you me every one of us should be ashamed to be Americans. And not a single one of us has the right to do what we are doing to negate the efforts of those who came before us and gave so much.

That so many still don't see such simple truth is beyond rational thought.

Correction:  do I think people who support Trump are idiots?  Of course I do. I have a functioning brain.  

I am tired of putting up these posts.   The therapeutic value is gone.  The pathetic joke otherwise known as the United States of America is no longer funny.
